Why Site Verification Matters
If you're using services like Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, or Facebook Business Manager, you’ll likely be asked to verify ownership of your website. Site verification confirms that you own or manage your domain, unlocking important tools like:

Search engine performance insights

Sitemap submissions

URL indexing and crawl requests

Access to business and social integrations
There are several ways to verify your site—uploading files, editing DNS records, or adding meta tags but Blue Raven makes this process far simpler.
Accessing the Site Verification Tool
In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to the left-hand navigation and select Blue Raven.
Click on the “Tools” tab at the top of the plugin interface.
Under Tools → Searchability, select Site Verification.
How It Works
Blue Raven allows you to add site verification meta tags to your site’s <head> section with no file editing or DNS changes required.
We currently support:

Need a specific platform added? Submit a feature request via our ticket system.
Adding a Verification Code
Each platform (Google, Bing, Facebook) provides a unique verification code. You simply:

Get your verification code from the respective platform.

Paste it into the relevant field in the Blue Raven Site Verification section.

Slide the toggle ON for that verification type.

Ensure the main “Enable Site Verification” switch is ON as well.
This enables the correct meta tag in your site’s <head> exactly where search engines and tools expect to find it.

When connecting your site to Google or Bing Webmaster Tools

When linking a domain to your Facebook Business Manager

When using third-party SEO, analytics, or ad platforms that require ownership proof
This method is often faster and simpler than editing theme files or dealing with DNS settings.
